Makhanas also known as fox nuts, Euryale ferox, lotus seeds, gorgon nuts was initially a favorite tea -time snack but as I grew older I began seeing it as a key ingredient in sweets and savories like kheer (rice pudding), raita (yogurt) or vegetable curry. Our recipe gives a masala enriching flavor to these versatile superfoods making it the ultimate fuel to keep you going during those mid- meal hunger pangs. Foxnuts roasted in vegan butter or coconut oil along with curry leaves, dry coconut slices, nuts and a pinch of Indian spices makes for a perfect high protein, light and healthy snack.

Since our products are 100% fresh, it’s super important to follow storing instructions. Store unopened packet at room temperature. Once opened seal zipper after use or empty ingredients into an air tight container. Make sure to double check the manufacturing and expiration dates at all times
