5 minutes Dates Oats Strawberry superfood Smoothie Bowl that makes for a hassle free quick and nourishing meal
*1 cup Dates N Oats Ladoo mix ⠀
*1/2 cup yogurt of your choice (I usually do plain or strawberry flavored)⠀
* 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (add 1/2 banana if you like , optional)⠀
* 1/2 cup light coconut or milk of your choice( plus more as needed)⠀
Steps:⠀
1. Place all ingredients in your blender.⠀
2. Blend on high until thoroughly combined.⠀
3. If your smoothie bowl is not cold enough or thick enough, add 2 cubes of ice and blend until smooth.⠀
4. Pour it into a bowl.⠀
5. And top it with your favorite toppings. I love fresh strawberries, shredded unsweetened coconut, chia seeds and granola on top of this smoothie bowl.⠀
6. Enjoy cold and with a spoon.⠀
