Stuffed Chili goodness as a side snack to a hot cup of chai – one for those rainy monsoon days
Two ingredients- Prettiest valentine love treat that comes together in less than 30 mins and is completely Vegan , Dairy-free.
~For tart: ⠀⠀
1 pack Date N Oats Ladoo Mix (order link in bio) ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
~For Mousse (always make a little extra) ⠀⠀
🍫 One full bar or (100gms) 70% Dark chocolate dairy free ⠀⠀
1 (340 gms-12 ounces) silken tofu, drained⠀⠀
⠀⠀
Optional for Mousse:⠀⠀
2 tbsp syrup (maple or lavender) ⠀⠀
1-2 tbsp cocoa powder (optional) ⠀⠀
⠀⠀
TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL):⠀⠀
* chocolate shavings⠀⠀
* Frozen 🍓 , 🥝 , 🥭 ⠀⠀
* fresh mint⠀⠀
Recipe ( 8 inch tart)⠀
For tart base:
-Warm the Date n Oats Ladoo Mix in a heated pan (off the stove ) or in a microwave for 10-12 seconds ⠀⠀
-Alternatively you can churn it for one round in food processor to get a sticker texture ⠀⠀
-Set this in the tart pan, pressing down in the center & elevating the edges upwards. Keep aside⠀⠀

For Vegan Tofu Mousse : ⠀⠀
✅Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time or use a double boiler method .
✅ Place the silken tofu & syrup in a food processor, blend until very smooth. Mix in the melted chocolate until well combined⠀⠀
✅ now pour this into the set tart till it fills up in center . Once filled, Refrigerate for 30 mins (overnight recommended)
✅To serve, garnish with chocolate, Frozen 🍓 , 🥝 , 🥭 Leftovers will keep in the fridge for up to 3-4 day⠀⠀
